This client came to us struggling with their PPC and SEO efforts. They were getting a lot of clicks but noticed hardly any of them were converting. They were also consistently uploading new blog content but ever since googles algorithm update in April 2024, they began to see traffic declines. In this case study, we’ll address how we’ve developed solutions for both of these issues.

Increasing Leads From PPC Campaigns
This client began utilizing our services in March of 2024. By conducting comprehensive experiments testing within Google Ads, we identified and removed low-performing keywords that were driving lots of clicks but little conversions. We also restructured campaign naming conventions to provide clearer insights into performance , enabling us to allocate budgets more effectively.
Additionally, we optimized ad copy, introduced A/B testing, removed broad match and solely focused on Phrase & Exact Match Types & we changed the bidding strategy from Max Clicks to Max Conversions with a CPA Threshold. Through these efforts, we achieved a remarkable 50% decrease in cost-per-leads

Determining Lead Value
To accurately assess the true value of leads generated through our Google Ads campaign, we will leverage CallRail’s tracking and analytics capabilities. By Integrating CallRail with our ads and website, we can track which specific ads and keywords are driving the most qualified phone calls and form submissions.
We will then analyze the recordings and form data within CallRail to identify which leads resulted in actual conversions, such as appointments booked, purchases made, or other desired actions. This will provide invaluable insights into the quality of leads from different sources and enable us to optimize our campaign further by focusing on the most high-value keywords and ads.

04. Technical SEO
They were hovering in the 50 range before we took them on as a client. Through a variety of different methods including lazy loading heavy content, minifying JavaScript, & optimizing images to the correct file types and compressing accordingly.
